I'm knowledgeable with various loan documents and understand how crucial it is to have good communication with escrow/title companies as well as being sensitive to the clients needs for a smooth closing.
I am familiar with general notary documents, including but not limited to Affidavits, Power of Attorneys, Trusts and Wills. I am confident, patient, flexible, organized, honest and empathetic tothe individual client needs, and enjoy providing guidance and support to them.
I also provide Apostille services to help you with the process of obtaining certification on documents that will be used in foreign countries. This may be birth, death, or marriage certificate to name a few.
