Meet Pam Adame

Commissioned by the Secretary of State of California, licensed, bonded, and proudly serving Glendale, Los Angeles County, and the surrounding communities, I bring over 6 years of experience as a Notary Public and more than 15 years as a Real Estate Agent. My background in real estate gives me a deep understanding of both sides of a transaction, allowing me to communicate effectively with escrow and title companies while supporting clients through critical signing moments.

I am passionate about serving others and ensuring every document is handled accurately, professionally, and with complete confidentiality. I am punctual, organized, patient, and attentive—always striving to deliver exceptional service tailored to each client’s needs. I am well-versed in general notary work such as affidavits, powers of attorney, wills, and trust documents, as well as knowledgeable with a variety of loan packages to help ensure smooth and timely closings.

In addition to notarial work, I provide Apostille services for documents destined for use abroad, including birth, death, and marriage certificates, among others. My goal is to make the authentication process simple, efficient, and stress-free so you can get on with your day.

Beyond my professional life, I am a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time outdoors, working in the yard, and staying busy with my grandchildren’s sports and activities. Building relationships and being of service to my community are at the heart of what I do.
